The AccuSpray 230K HVLP System uses a 3-stage turbine to supply spray gun atomization air, and is not an air compressor. It runs on standard 110V, and less than 12 amps power, so you can use it virtually anywhere an extension cord will reach. The turbine contains no oil, so the possibility of oil getting onto your paint job via the air line is eliminated. Also, the air from the turbine is pre-heated and dry, so the possibility of condensation forming in the lines is eliminated. Unlike 2-stage turbines. This HVLP 3-stage turbine delivers 115 cfm at 5 psi at the spray gun, which is perfect for automotive paints, industrial, and latex paints, and yields a consistantly smooth finish.

Metal-bodied gravity feed HVLP spray gun, using shop compressed air, with a 4:1 reduction ratio. Recommended for high solids, clears, and urethanes. Requires 10 CFM.

      

Gravity version of the series 10 spray gun which can be used with a turbine syste or with shop compressed air. Lightweight composite body. Not shown, but also available is a pressurized cup for very high viscosity coatings.

Pressure Feed Composite-bodied Gun, non-bleed HVLP with low pressure turbine compressor inlet. When used with 36-00 special regulator which is included in some of these Pro Packages, this gun will work on shop compressed air.

      

Pressure Feed Production Composite-bodied Gun, non-bleed HVLP. Same as 10 gun, but for use with just shop compressed air at a 6:1 ratio.

Pressure Feed Production Composite-bodied Gun, non-bleed HVLP. Same as 12S gun, but for spraying Zinc Primers using shop compressed air, and a 6:1 reduction ratio. All wetted parts are made from non-stick materials. Including a full composite needle, nozzle, and fluid passage.

Metal-bodied pressure feed LVLP-HVLP spray gun. Designed for use with small compressed air compressors (minimum 2 hp). This gun requires 5 CFM at 40 psi. Teflon coated body for easy clean-up.

      

These packages contain the 10 gun non-bleed HVLP which we feel is the "good standard" of turbine spray guns. 3 or 4 stage units, 30' air hose and 3 set-ups. Because turbines generate heated dry air they are perfect for on-site finishing and do not require a compressor or air purification equipment. Contact us by phone for 220 V single phase packages.

Compared to 12 to 15 minutes for an airbrush application, this package provides a very soft and fine mist spray from the size of a quarter to around 4" to 5". The turbine is industry quiet, less than 70 decibels, with a 16' hose. The model 10 gun has wet components that are stainless steel or Delrin Plastic which will not corrode as aluminum will. Rotating the HVLP gun air cap can change a fan pattern from vertical to horizontal. The light weight composite-body is easy on the operator. Your choice of 250ml (8 oz.) re-usable pressure cup or 180ml (6 oz) 3M-PPS H/O pressure cup with disposable liners and lids sold separately.
