C.A.T. Technologies Double Diaphragm Paint Pumps

Like the AOM-ASTURO diaphragm pump the C.A. TECHNOLOGIES diaphragm paint pump is comprised of stainless steel wet parts, with Teflon diaphragms. Where they differ is the AOM-ASTURO pump is 6 GPM compared to the C.A.T. at 10 GPM. The C.A.T. diaphragm product line has more variations and options in conjunction with the basic pump. We have both brands with customers for over 8 years without any problems.

For illustration purposes we choose to illustrate the more commonly used wall mount double diaphragm pump, with either a 5 or 55 gallon siphon hose and tube. Listed below are prices to up-grade to a pail, cart, or drum mount set-up. We recommend a pneumatic elevator with 55 gallon drum mounted agitation, becuase manually lifting the drum cover, pump, and agitation is heavy.

The wall mount set-ups below can be provided with any low-pressure spray technology that you prefer, and in any fluid orifice size suited to your spray viscosity and fan width.

Again for illustration purposes we choose the SLP HVLP pressure feed gun with a 1.0mm orifice for coatings, and a PANTHER conventional pressure feed gun with 1.8mm orifice for solvent based adhesives.
