In addition to our pressure feed adhesive spray equipment we have available a Flow or Pour Gun to apply ribbons, droplets, or brush-on medium (more or less 5000 centipoise) viscosity; glues, silicone, glazes, epoxies, etc. using a low pressure dispensing system.

These systems would have use in the aerospace, automotive, construction, electronics, signage, and woodworking industries.

The Flow and Pour Gun is constructed of aluminum, zinc plated, and stainless components. Full motion "fore finger" trigger provides for repeatable flow control at a given tank pressure with the setscrew stop. The standard orifice size is 1.8MM with 1.5MM, 2.0MM and a brush available for your requirements. The fluid inlet fitting is 3/8" NPS male. Listed below are some standard set-ups with supply (pressure) tanks from 2 Qt. to 5 Gallon. With the 5 Gallon tank capable of storing a standard 5 gallon pail. We can modify these set-ups with your choice of hose length, type of hose material, poly bag liners, formed liners, and multiple fluid outlets and Flow and Pour Guns. We also have available 12.5 Gallon Stainless Steel pressure tanks and 10 & 15 gallon Teflon coated pressure tanks. Bottom outlet pressure pots are available in the steel Teflon coated tanks.
