Waterbse Adhesives have been on the market for many years. The "Green" movement in the building industry has really accelerated the use of waterbase adhesives. We as intergrators of spray equipment have been learning how to configure both the gun and supply systems to properly apply these shear sensitive waterbase adhesives. We believe we have a good handle on set-ups that work well with adhesives from; HENKEL, ITW-TACC, & 3M.

We have split our pressure pot set-ups into two groups based on whether you plan to place the pail with the lid inside the tank, with our pick-up tube thru the lid opening. Our pick-up tube will line up with lid holes 2-1/2" to 3" from the side-wall of the pail.

The second group services customers who want to pour their waterbase adhesive into the pressure pot.

We have had customers tell us that our systems have a pay-back in 3-1/2 months when replacing adhesive canister systems.
