The C.A. Technologies Tomcat 100C (T100C) is an economical general purpose pressure feed conventional air spray gun for spraying a wide range of coatings. Designed for production use, the Tomcat is perfect for all coatings from thin to thick (stains to glue). The T100C can be configured with over 30 pressure feed set-ups in traditional external mix, or internal mix, as well as siphon feed. It can also be used with carbide tipped fluid nozzles for abrasives coatings. This gun features a self- adjusting needle packing, inexpensive nozzle replacement and rugged construction.

The Tomcat 100C is a great spray gun for spraying solvent based adhesives when configured with the 1.8 mm setup and the 2266-3 air cap.
The Tomcat 100C can be configured with carbide tipped fluid nozzles and needles for abrasive materials such as ceramic coatings (T100CVT - carbide tip model).
The Tomcat 100C can also be used with internal mix nozzles as well for spraying textured coatings or latex paint.
