The MRS2 mold release spray guns and systems are typically used to apply oils and mold release agents in the formation of such products as; rubber, plastic, composites, wood fiber composites, panel pressing, concrete, stone veneers, and polyurethane parts. These spray guns help keep tooling clean and production levels high for a variety of molding and other processes including laminating, extruding, filament winding, and hose manufacturing. The MRS2 spray guns can be paired with fluid handling equipment and customized with precision regulators, dual spray guns and or automatic spray guns, longer twin hoses, air agitation, and 2 Qt., 2.5, 5, 10, 15, or 20 gallon pressure tanks. When using water base coatings or mold release agents the use of stainless tanks over Teflon coated steel pressure tanks is recommended to prevent corrosion and rust.
